Do I have to make an appointment before going to get a massage?

We accommodate walk-ins at any time, yet we can't guarantee there will be an available therapist. So, appointment is strongly recommended.

I made an appointment, but when should I be there?

Please arrive at least 3 to 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to check in and get ready, so that we can start your massage on your appointment time.

Our massages are a full 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. You also might lose your reservation priority if you come late. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.


What happens after I arrive Neverland Massage?

  • Once arriving here, you will be asked to fill out intake forms so that we can be aware of your relevant medical history and  physical conditions. To enhance massage experience, you can also circle the pressure level and focusing areas you desire.
  • It's YOU time. During the massage session, feel free to let your massage therapist know if you want it harder or softer, so that she can adjust it to your comfort. Our massages can be customized for you, and communication is the key.
  • After massage, your massage therapist will give you a cup of water at the front desk. You can leave gratuity to show how much you appreciate her service. Your feedback of massage is highly valued and appreciated to our front desk. Your satisfied experience is everything to us.

I really can't make it. Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Of course! We understand that things come up. But please cancel or reschedule as soon as possible as a courtesy. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge up to 4 hours preceding your appointment. Cancellations and rescheduling within the 4-hour window will be charged full price of the scheduled service.
