1. In-store purchase: Customers can visit our store and purchase a physical gift card at the front desk. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you with your purchase and answer any questions you may have.
2. Online purchase: We will keep the physical gift certificate in-store, and we'll text or email you a picture of the gift certificate to share with the recipient. When the recipient comes in for their massage, they can show us the picture at the front desk, and we will locate the physical gift certificate to redeem it.
3. Check out online: Don't forget to leave your full name, cell phone number, and email address in the Order Comments section. This will ensure that we can get in touch with you if we need to and provide you with the best possible service.
4. Processing time: We strive to process all gift certificate purchases as quickly as possible. Typically, we process gift certificates within two hours during business hours.
5. Expiration and pricing: Our gift certificates never expire, so your recipient can use it whenever they're ready for a relaxing massage! However, if there is a price change for our services, the recipient will be responsible for paying the difference when redeeming their gift certificate. We recommend using the gift certificate sooner rather than later to ensure that the value doesn't decrease.
6. Rates and convenience fees: The rate of our massage services is the same whether you purchase a gift certificate online or in-store. For in-store purchases, there is a $2 convenience fee for card transactions. If you purchase a gift certificate online, there is a 2.9% + 30 cents convenience fee for card transactions. Please note that the transaction fee applied to purchases is solely intended to cover the associated processing costs, and we do not profit from it in any way.
7. Redeem: Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. We kindly ask that you keep your gift certificate safe and secure. To redeem your gift certificate, please present the physical certificate if it was purchased in-store or a picture of the physical certificate if it was purchased online.
